This is an English translation for information purposes. The legally binding version is the German Datenschutzerklärung.

Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (General Data Protection Regulation GDPR, Austrian Data Protection Act DSG, Telecommunications Act TKG 2021).

2. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you access the pages, Vercel processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and device information) to deliver the website and ensure its security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR); standard contractual clauses are also in place. Vercel acts as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR); log data is stored only as long as necessary for operation and security. The form function runs in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main. Fonts and videos are loaded directly from our server; no content from Google Fonts, YouTube or similar services is embedded.

3. Contact form and email enquiries

When you contact us via the form or by email, we process your details (name, email address, optionally phone, company, location, interests and message) to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Name, email address and message are required to answer your enquiry; there is no legal or contractual obligation to provide them, but without them we cannot process the enquiry. Form enquiries are delivered to us via the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) as a processor on the basis of standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Other recipients are our email provider as a processor and, if you accept a quote, the respective manufacturer for delivery and service. We store enquiries for as long as necessary to process them and delete them no later than three years after the last contact, unless statutory retention obligations apply (seven years from the end of the calendar year under § 132 BAO and § 212 UGB for business letters and records).

4. Cookies and similar technologies

This website currently does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics or advertising services. No data is transmitted to advertising or analytics providers.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. Please contact us at the email address above. Where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests, you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We do not use automated decision-making including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
