Aleksandrija is a brand of gluten-free foods: flours made from buckwheat, millet and rice, pasta, biscuits, crackers and spreads, almost all vegan and many with no added sugar. Bio-Leben brings the range to Austrian retail as a wholesaler.

Who the range is for
Good to know.
Are all Aleksandrija products gluten-free?
Yes. All 31 products are gluten-free; according to the manufacturer the gluten content is below 10 ppm. The legal limit for “gluten-free” in the EU is 20 ppm.
Which products are vegan?
29 of 31 products are vegan according to the manufacturer. The exceptions are the instant polenta with cheese and the protein cocoa spread, which contains milk.
Which products have no added sugar?
Among others, all flours, the pasta, puffs, snack sticks, chia crackers, KO-GO and Biscuit of Life (sweetened with erythritol and stevia) as well as both protein cocoa spreads. The labelling is shown for every product in the range.
Are Aleksandrija products organic?
No. The products are gluten-free but not certified organic.
