Breathe · blueO2 oxygen chambers

Oxygen under mild pressure.

For 10 years, blueO2 has been the Austrian brand you can trust for mild hyperbaric oxygen chambers. Inside the chamber you breathe oxygen at slightly increased pressure. Users choose it for recovery, relaxation and general well-being.

What is mHBO?

Mild hyperbaric oxygen, explained.

With mild hyperbaric oxygen (mHBO), you sit or lie in a closed chamber with a slight overpressure of about 1.4 to 1.5 ATA. Through a mask or nasal cannula you breathe oxygen at a concentration of up to 96% from a concentrator; CO₂ is continuously removed. A session typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes, and you can read, listen to music or sleep.

The difference to a clinical pressure chamber (HBO): there, treatment takes place at 2 to 3 ATA under medical supervision. mHBO works at a much lower pressure and is a wellness and recovery application.

What users choose mHBO for

  • Recovery & sport: recovering after training and competition.
  • Sleep & relaxation: a calm break from everyday life.
  • Mental clarity: breathe deeply and switch off.
  • Well-being & vitality: “Simply feel better.”

Mild hyperbaric oxygen (mHBO) is a wellness and recovery application and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. According to the instructions for use, do not use during pregnancy, with a cold or flu, middle-ear or sinus infection, pneumothorax, severe emphysema, serious heart conditions or blood pressure above 160/100; children only under adult supervision. If you have a pre-existing condition, consult a doctor first.
